VALENTINO LOYOLA
Valentino Loyola is an interdisciplinary artist who works with mixed media(s), specifically focused on the photographic image and how that image can evolve when merging it with other media(s) to create an art object that is imbued with a sense of drama, structural dynamism, and engaging with the audience to activate the multidimensionality between viewer and art that, is indicative of mediation. This delineation conforms to the space and audience to which it lives. Every effort made when creating a new piece is coupled with drama and reason though one may be established before the other, they become mutually dependent. Valentino does create art without an element of photography, these works are predicated by a natural selection process; often experimental.
Relationship building is a key component to Valentino’s work and that relationship is mainly underpinned with the relationship he has with the subject matter first, conceptually, and formally. The variety of materials that he merges together are determined by how they relate to the idea he is attempting to express.
humanity is the message.
